Editorial Conflict of Interest Policy
Editorial decisions are based solely on scientific merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope, and are independent of institutional affiliation or publisher interests.
- The Editor-in-Chief will ensure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent real or perceived conflicts of interest.
- Such manuscripts will be handled by an independent editor with no conflict of interest, and the peer review process will follow the same double-blind standards applied to all other submissions.
- Editors or editorial board members who are authors or co-authors of a submitted manuscript shall not be involved at any stage in the editorial decision-making process for that manuscript.
To preserve editorial independence and integrity, JTSE applies strict safeguards when manuscripts are submitted by editors, editorial board members, or individuals affiliated with the publisher.
