JTSE does not mandate open data in all cases; however, authors remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data necessary to support the conclusions of their research.

• When data cannot be shared openly, authors must provide a justified explanation within the Data Availability Statement.
• All manuscripts must include a Data Availability Statement, clearly indicating whether data are publicly available, available upon request, or subject to ethical, legal, or confidentiality restrictions.
• Authors are encouraged to make underlying research data, materials, and analytical methods available whenever possible, either through recognized data repositories or upon reasonable request.
