Journal of Tropical Science and Engineering (JTSE) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published in Hanoi, Vietnam. The journal provides a platform for high-quality scientific and technological research addressing challenges in tropical and extreme environments.

JTSE welcomes submissions from researchers worldwide and evaluates all manuscripts solely on the basis of scientific merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

Scope

JTSE publishes interdisciplinary research with a primary focus on tropical ecology and environmental sciences, complemented by contributions in chemistry and materials sciences and biomedical sciences.

The journal prioritizes studies with international relevance that advance scientific understanding, methodology, or practical applications beyond purely local or descriptive work.

Publishing Model

JTSE is a fully open-access journal. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) License, allowing unrestricted use with proper attribution.

All submissions undergo double-blind peer review conducted by independent experts. Editorial decisions are made in accordance with internationally recognized standards of publication ethics.

All published articles are assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to ensure persistent identification and citation.
